Just to follow up on this previously reported problem.We have two file servers servicing our Sun network.
The newest version of IRAF was given a new home on one
of the servers. However, the directory /usr/local/bin
is on the other. When we ran the installation script
on the first file server, it could not update the
links in /usr/local/bin on the other. But they
already existed and pointed to the older version of
IRAF. The links were fixed, and everything runs well.Adam Szczypek
