We found a minor bug in imtool relating to coordinate list files.
Someone was working with some IRAS images that used a WCS with the
origin at the center of the image. She discovered that when the F5
key was pressed to reset the coordinate list, all of the marked
positions with a negative x value were ignored. This was easy to fix;
a 'diff' of the old and new imtool.c files is at the end of this
message.Speaking of image displays, Herman Marshall was in Tucson for a
conference recently and came back with rumors of new developments with
the IDI standard and possible new image display software. He was
pretty vague about it, so I thought I check with you folks to see what
you had up your sleeves. We've been using imtool quite a bit lately,
so we'd be very interested in any new image display software you might
be working on.Thanks.George Kaplan Internet: gckaplan@sag2.ssl.berkeley.edu
