My guess is that /usr/lang/SC0.0 is in your path before /usr/lang.
A 'which f77' should should return /usr/lang/f77, IRAF then looks for the
link in this directory. Since it's finding f77 in /usr/lang/SC0.0 it
looks for a link there, and since it's not found uses a different library
command line. Let me know if the problems continue.Cheers,
