to work on the IRAF version this summer and have something available in the
fall. You could contact Peter Stetson (the DAOphot author) directly and
ask about the availability of his software as an independent package for
your Sun. His email address is stetson@dao.nrc.ca.V2.10 IRAF has DAOPHOT installed in the DIGIPHOT package; it is no longer
an external package named TESTPHOT. The May 92 IRAF Newsletter will contain
an article about the V2.10 DAOPHOT which you should read. It describes
major differences between the DIGIPHOT and TESTPHOT versions of DAOPHOT
and points out that TESTPHOT should be archived once you install V2.10.Suzanne
