To: fitz@noao.eduI was certain it couldn't be that the image was closed, on account of
imakwd was returning ier=0. On reading the fine print, I discover that
imakwx HAS no error status for "Image not open." This strikes me as
an omission, too. Thanks a big bunch for your help.PBS
