This is to log a few calls from Matt Greenhouse and Eric Sanquist from
the NASM. Eric wanted to know how to turn IRAF images into textfiles
(WTEXTIMAGE) and how to make hardcopy plots have finer lines. We created
a new graphcap entry for their HP LaserJet which has PW#1.2, half the
previous value. Matt also had questions about hardcopy; he wanted to
have the IMTOOL F7 output go to a particular device so we (eventually)
edited R_DISPOSE correctly. This LaserJet has a PostScript cartridge and
shows the same problem reported by Wesleyan recently, that the IMTOOL
hardcopies are cut off along the top edge. The Wesleyan solution was
to recompile screendump.c, moving slightly the vertical placement of the
hardcopy. Matt is going to experiment with the YO, YW values in the
graphcap sgi_apl entry.
