 IRAF login.

I decided to disable the IRAF login until we understand better what went
on with irafhosts and friends. So instead of logging in directly as "iraf",
one will have to login with the normal user name and then "su iraf". The
iraf password is the same.This way we'll have a record when someone becomes "iraf" -- the su command
will log it.
