Hi Luis, Glad we're making progress. The error you report from :.snap%SUBMIT-F-OPENIN, error opening IAGUSP$DUA3:[IRAF.VMS.HLIB].COM; as input
-RMS-E-FNF, file not foundindicates a problem with the DD string. It should be something like this:vapl|VMS generic interface to 300dpi Apple Laserwriter (Postscript):\

\051 irafhlib\072sgiqueue.com:tc=sgi_apl:and I think you may have replaced the \072 between irafhlib and sgiqueue.com
in the last line with the : (colon) character instead of its ascii equivalent.
Since the colon is the field delimiter in graphcap, it must be ascii encoded
when used in a VMS pathname. The error message shows that the pathname to
the sgiqueue.com file is being truncated just after the irafhlib reference.
Make sure you have a \072 there instead of a literal : character.You probably already know this, but when you execute :.snap without specifying
a device name, the output is disposed to the stdplot device. You should
have stdplot set to lw and can check it with the command:
cl> show stdplotYou could also execute ":.snap lw" in cursor mode.A useful debugging technique for getting this going is to replace the
"nolog" qualifier on the submit command in the DD string with "keep".
You'll then get a sgiqueue.log file in your VMS login directory that
sometimes contains useful information for debugging missing plots.I can't offer much advice with the LN03 problem. The comments in the
source file for the translator ([iraf.vms.gdev.sgidev]sgi2vln03.c) might
help. Your installation might require a different initialization string,
for example. It has been reported from other sites that you must have the
passall qualifier on the submit command in sgiqueue.com for this device:$ print/que=laser$tek/delete/passall/nofeed 'p2'.ln03We didn't have passall in the distributed V2.9 sgiqueue.com file, so you
may have to add it. Again, I hope these ideas help you out. Suzanne
