Hello.
I tried to align some images for stacking, but I can't seem to get it right.
I have three images I'd like to align, it's raw .fit data (data is not yet reduced, I just wanted to test stacking). I made list_B with four images (first is my reference image), output list list_B_shifted with four images, some reference star coordinates (7 stars) in txt file starcoords.txt and I calculated shift for every image (I calculated shift for every star between reference image and image to be shifted and then calculated mean of the 7 x and y shifts to get one x and y shift for every image to be shifted), I have four lines in shiftlist.txt: first is 0.0 0.0 because my first image in list_B is reference image. Then I try to align them with:

imalign @list_B NGC7286-0001_B.fit starcoords.txt @list_B_shifted shifts=shiftlist.txt

I get this:
#Shifting images:
Error: number of input and output images not the same.
"constant=constant)"
line 64: immatch$imalign.cl

I have four lines in each of the files: input, output and shiftlist.

I tried with three lines each (without first reference image), I get the same error.

I didn't change boxsize or bigbox from defauld as I provided shiftlist.

Can you help me find the solution?
