Hello,
I installed IRAF v2161 in my OS Ubuntu 13.10 64bit machine. When I try to run the task "imalign" I get this ERROR: Pixel subscript out of bounds (v2010.fits) "verbose=verbose, \$this->_split2($m[0])& tmpfile)" line 33: inmatch$align.cl called as: imalign (mode=h)'.
Input and reference images are almost identical in size and boundaries.
Any help?

Sorry, I had a problem with a corrupted file. The error was due to only my dataset.
