Hi,trying to use a large number of images with a task leads to problems in IRAF 2.16. For example:ccdred> ccdproc @center.in flat=Flat* zero=../Calibration/Zero_center darkcor-
*** glibc detected *** /iraf/iraf/noao/bin.linux64/x_ccdred.e: malloc(): memory corruption: 0x00000000040e9ee0 ***
*** glibc detected *** /iraf/iraf/noao/bin.linux64/x_ccdred.e: malloc(): memory corruption: 0x00000000040e9ee0 ***
^C*** glibc detected *** /iraf/iraf/noao/bin.linux64/x_ccdred.e: corrupted double-linked list: 0x0000000004212170 ***
^C*** glibc detected *** /iraf/iraf/noao/bin.linux64/x_ccdred.e: corrupted double-linked list: 0x0000000004212170 ***orastutil> setjd @center.in ra=OBJCTRA dec=OBJCTDEC epoch=""
*** glibc detected *** /iraf/iraf/noao/bin.linux64/x_astutil.e: corrupted double-linked list: 0x000000000462c350 ***Apparently this happens when the list of files contains 1000 files or more.
If the list contains 999 files or less, everything works fine.RegardsRobert

This is a known bug that should be fixed in the latest update. You can work around it by doing[code:1:2b45606def]cl> reset use_new_imt = no[/code:1:2b45606def]to use the old image template list code.
