Hi,Is there a way to view the .fits files as a table with 2 columns (wavelength and flux) for the reduced data, so that it can easily be plotted with other plotting programs? Thanks!

See the WSPECTEXT or LISTPIXELS tasks (with the 'wcs' parameter set to 'world').

[quote:2fee8a13b0="fitz"]See the WSPECTEXT or LISTPIXELS tasks (with the 'wcs' parameter set to 'world').[/quote:2fee8a13b0]I used that and it worked. I was able to get a file that has 2 columns: wavelength and flux. But it is not in uniform steps of the wavelength. Can that be fixed or that's the way it is?

You can use the DISPCOR or SCOPY tasks to linearize the dispersion, otherwise wspectext/listpix is using whatever dispersion is in the header.
