Hi, I'm using Iraf v2.14 and Saoimage Ds9 6.2 and when doing interactive photometry with phot, the frames are not refreshing when changing to the next image.
It is always showing the first image, if loaded previously, from a list of images. If I'm using phot over a list of images, with no image loaded in ds9 before starting using phot, no image is showed in ds9, just a blank white frame appears in ds9.
i.e.
>phot @list maxshift=3
(shows no image in ds9, blank frame)
if typing
>display 'image' 1
>phot @list maxshift=3
(is always showing 'image' in ds9)When pressing 'space bar' on stars, I get back the info from phot in the xgterm, showing the data from the images that it is reading(after q and n keys of course), but ds9 only shows the first image.
I'm using xgterm to get the graphics and ds9 with stdimage=imt6
for the frame buffer. Images are smaller than that buffer.
Any suggestion?
Best regards
Sebastian

I've found a workaround by just using a list file with the position of the stars needed in the aligned frames and running phot in non interactive mode.
Cheers
