I was trying to use the task noao.digiphot.apphot.phot and I am having problems with some of the parameters.Usually I leave both the inner radius of the sky annulus and the width of the sky annulus to their default value of the 10 pixels. The aperture is set to twice the FWHM found with imexame. It usually works fine as my FWHM is usually around 1.5 to 2.5. But this time my FWHM is like 6-7.5. What can I do? I tried setting the aperture to 14 and the inner redius of the sky annulus to 20 pixels. But it gave me crazy outputs. What am I ding wrong?

What do you mean by crazy output. If there are error or warning messages what are they? If you mean the photometry is not very good then there might be something in the sky annulus. If you want more help please include the parameters:[code:1:24bf56f884]dpar phot datapars fitskypars centerpars photpars[/code:1:24bf56f884]Frank Valdes
