Hi folks, sorry if I am blind, but I can't seem to find stsdas for 2.15 Is it in the oven - sorry just baked some bread :-) ? From https://iraf.net/ftp/iraf/v215-ALPHA/extern/ I downloaded:hal> tar tvzf stsdas-src.tar.gz
drwxr-xr-x fitz/admin 0 2010-03-02 00:27 ./
drwxr-xr-x fitz/admin 0 2010-03-02 00:27 ./bin.macintel/but as you can see it only has what one would think are macintel binaries, which in reality are not there, the bin.macintel in this tarfile is empty.otherwise I managed to install the base iraf system and it seems to be running fine, no real data reduction yet, just a few tests, and it was ok in the tests.cheers,Antonio

Hi Antonio,Thanks for the report that v2.15 is working for you. There've been very few bug reports so I'm not sure whether its actually working, or people just aren't using it.Anyway, having stsdas in the extern directory was a mistake. There's been no attempt to port the package to 64-bit by me, mostly because issues with the C code in the package and how it should be handled are something STScI should decide. However, it's entirely my fault for not yet providing ST with the port guide needed 8-( For the moment, you'll need to use the 32-bit binaries even with v2.15.Cheers,
-Mike

Just FYI, over here testing 2.15 is still on my to-do list; sorry it's taking a while to get to that.Cheers,James.
