Doppler correction of double-lined spectra

Hi again,I have a spectra (echelle) that has a double-line features.
how i apply a doppler correction for each components using dopcor?
do I have to do correction for each radial velocities (primary and secondary) and then co-added the results?
any suggestion?thanksPJ
