Hello, we are having a problem running ccdproc. We are trying to run fixpix but are are receiving an error message:
ERROR: MWCS: dimension mismatch (mw_gltermd)
The error message says that there is a dimension mismatch, but there is no dimension mismatch. We have checked the dimensions of the input image A and the fixfile image B and they match up. We have run this successfully on other images (C), but the difference between A and C, is that A is the lamp image and C was a source image. Further, A has a more condensed header than C because A is generated by an external program. We suspect that there is some header mismatch but we don't know what it is. (We don't have a URL where we can upload the fits files. If you want to look at the fits files, how can we send these to you?)

The usual source of this error is a WCS that is 3D even though the image may be 2D; i.e. the 3rd axis is considered to be one pixel high. You could post the header listings and I could tell you what is wrong but I think you do understand that it is caused by the way the WCS are being represented (which may be technically correct but is not expected by the IRAF tasks).Yours,
Frank Valdes
