Dear colleagues,I am trying to install X11IRAF 2.0beta. I encounter problems with xgterm
finding the app resource defaults.
What do I have to do? The install script was used.iraf@aitmvx:~> ls -l /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/
total 12
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4048 Nov 19 14:14 XGterm
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 5508 Nov 19 13:44 XTapemonWe are running SUSE Linux 10.3
iraf@aitmvx:~> uname -a
Linux aitmvx 2.6.22.18-0.2-default #1 SMP 2008-06-09 13:53:20 +0200

The app-defaults files are normally found using the XFILESEARCHPATH environment variable, e.g. in your .cshrc file[code:1:9bfaf85a7b]
setenv XFILESEARCHPATH ":/usr/lib/X11/%t/%N%S:/usr/x11R6/%T/%N%S:/usr/local/lib/%T/%N%S"[/code:1:9bfaf85a7b]will do it for most systems.-Mike
