I will be installing iraf 2.14 on solaris 10 sparc machine. Looking at the downloads and reading the Installtion guide:as.ssol.gen.gz
ib.sos4.sun.gz
ib.ssol.sun.gz
nb.sos4.sun.gz
nb.ssol.sun.gzI am not sure if I should download ib.sos4.sun.gz and nb.sos4.sun.gz files.
I know that as.ssol.gen.gz is the mail iraf distribution file which I will need but not sure if I should also download the ib* and nb* files (all 4 of them).

The SOS4 binaries are for the pre-Solaris SunOS system, you will not need them for a Solaris 10 system and can ignore them.-Mike
