I am using apall to extract 1d spectra from 2d IMACS spectra. The spectra span four ccds, and apall seems to deal with the discontinuities at the chip gaps just fine until I see the final extracted spectra. Each spectrum is cut off at the third chip gap.When I fit the traced positions interactively, the entire spectrum is there. But after it is extracted, it is cut off at the third chip gap.I'm not sure which parameteres to tweak to get around this problem. Any ideas?
