I am having problems with the lineclean task. I am using it to clean sky lines from spectra. I decided to do not do it automatically (making use of high_reject and low_reject), but to remove each sky line by replacing the point values with the "continuum" value. The problem is that the task saves the modifications only from the spectra number 1 to spectra 60. From spectra number 61 and on, no change is saved.
Did anyone have a problem like that?

It would help if you could post a long image header. LINECLEAN was meant to work on images and it may be that your physical image is only 60 rows but represent apertures that go higher. The task won't read a spectral WCS and so working on physical lines is different than aperture numbers. Frank may comment more specifically, this is just a guess.Cheers,
