Hi - I am trying to run a simple task in Mac OS X iraf. I used to
do this all the time
in Unix, but for some reason, it is just not working at all.I attach the script. I am defining the task in my login.cl as follows:
task $unpack = /Users/julia/IRAF/scripts/unpack.clbut when I run the script I get the following:cl> d_trace
6+2: end
cl> unpack
----- task cl -----
0+4: call unpack
4+2: exec
----- exec script unpack (/Users/julia/IRAF/scripts/
unpack.cl) -----
**: begin
^
ERROR on line 12: syntax error, line 12
unpack ()It seems that the task won't even begin to run. Any suggestions?Thanks,Julia Kennefick
