Dear IRAF Helpdesk,I am searching for what I expect is a solved problem with an easy-to-
use IRAF package.In attempting to find a solution, I found the "Site Search" engine
near the upper-left corner of your webpage http://iraf.noao.edu/gives me the following error no matter what I type into the search box: Server error! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to
complete your request.
Error message:
Premature end of script headers: htsearch.csh

I would like to shift a list of images by a list of whole +
fractional-pixel shifts to create a new "mosaic" image.I find that imcombine gets me very close to what I want, but it
appears to only shift by integral pixel values.On the next attempt, I found that imshift will shift by fractional
pixel values, but it does not "grow" the output image, such that an
input image of 32x32 pixels shifted by 10 pixels in the X- direction
will end up with 22x32 of the original pixels shifted to the new
location. Ideally I would like an output image in that case which is
42x32 pixels, and the first 10 pixels in each row could be a value of 0.I have yet to find an easy-to-use package which will accomplish the
intersection of these two packages. Perhaps a script exists which
