Dear IRAF support,I have noticed the the error reported in my previous email comsiting in a
freezing of iraf when running ap* tasks in the echelle package only
occurs when i use a reference image for the apertures. Otherwise the
package behaves quite well.As reference apertures are compulsory fo reducing echelle data (eg
extracting arcs) i would be most thankful if you could provide me with a
