Hi,
I am a grad student at Case Western Reserve University.  I am interested in your 3D reconstruction program.  I have acquired jpeg images of serial sections from a rat brain and would like to reconstruct these images and obtain a volume estimation on a PC.  Does your program have this capability?  Is it compatible with jpeg files?  What is the cost?
Thank you for your time,
Kathleen McNeeley

Good Morning, Our software is primarily for processing astronomical images. We do not
really have 3D reconstruction software, though we do have programs ('tasks'
in our jargon) which perform 2D reconstruction of multiple astronomical
fields. Our software is free. However, I suspect this is not really what you are looking for. I suggest
you perform a search on the Web with www.google.com on "3D reconstruction".
I found many sites/suggestions/references in the medical field which might
be useful to you. Good Luck,
Michele De La Peña
