I am using the doecslit tasks to extract Keck ESI data. I can define
the apertures just fine, but when I get to extraction, I am given the
"out of memory" warning. Is this because the ESI images are 1024x4096?
How can I fix this? Here is the error message I get:Extract object spectrum esi2000fs
Searching aperture database ...
Jan 24 15:32: DATABASE - 10 apertures read for esi2000fs from database
Extracting apertures ...
Jan 24 15:32: EXTRACT - Aperture 1 from esi2000fs --> esi2000fs.ec
Warning: Out of memoryAt this point it crashes. Any help would be great! Thanks!
