Hello,I am reducing some long-slit CCD spectrum and I ran into a problem.
There are fringes in my flat lamp spectrum, and I can't fit them
so that I can divide them out. I am struggling with the task
"response" -- the output from "response" always shows a few
big deviations (several hundred percent) resulting from the
ill-fitted fringes. Do you have any suggestion how to solve
this problem? If you want to look at the flat itself, you can go to the URLftp.strw.leidenuniv.nl/pub/luuand it's called 797flat.fitsThanks very much for your help.Jane Luu
