To: IRAF Technical SupportI am a student in the NASA Summer Research Program at Northwestern
University, and I am currently working through the IRAF tutorials available
on the IRAF website. However, I have just started the second tutorial, and
when I tried to display the image m92006.imh in the first window of ximtool
I received the error message "ERROR: Integer divide by zero" and no image
would be displayed. I am running IRAF under an xgterm window on Exodus
Power PC on a Power Macintosh. Please let me know as soon as possible what I can do to get rid of this
error message.Thank you,
Matthew Smith

Hi Matthew,
The image displays just fine here on a Sun Solaris system, I'll need
to know what machine and OS you are logged into through the Mac to reproduce
the problem. Are you able to display the dev$pix test image, i.e. cl> display dev$pix 1Also, I'm assuming you have an XImtool or SAOimage running at the time?Regards,
Mike Fitzpatrick
