iraf.net

I am trying to compile a program which wants to link with some
IRAF libraries using eg "-limfort". The make fails with the
error ld: -limfort: No such file or directoryI checked my LD_LIBRARY_PATH and it contains /usr/local/iraf
which should lead the linker to /usr/local/iraf/iraf/lib.
But I noticed that the file libimfort.a within this directory
is actually a link to an empty directory. So now I'm confused -
am I barking up the wrong tree or are the libraries missing
from my IRAF installation?-Adam

Sorry - I just figured out where the IRAF libraries are in my
installation and changed the links from the lib directory
accordingly. So now the linker can find eg the imfort library.
The make still fails but that is another problem...
