 "mget" update

The "mget" utility was updated to a newer version which has minor
enhancements. The one thing to be aware of is that to quit page mode you
now need to do a "Q" instead of a "q" (this was to avoid accidental quits
when using q to exit the file pager and an extra q is typed).
