Pixel subscript out of bounds

I'm processing nifs data using adapted nifsexample scripts. They run OK, but when I try to nfextract the spectrum from the final cubes I have the folowing error message:

ERROR: Pixel subscript out of bounds (catfbrgN20150630S0161[SCI,1][1:62,*])
"imstack("@"//tmpfile,tmpcube,title="*",pixtype="double")"
line 282: nifs$nfextract.cl
called as: `nfextract (mode=h)'

I tried latest geminiconda and ureka, but always ended up with this message. What could be the problem?
