Hi,

I have a 2D spectrum and I'm trying to extract the 1D spectrum. When I run apall none of the keystroke commands work within the gterm-iraf window. Here's a link to a screenshot of where I get stuck: https://imgur.com/0WspfB1 . If that helps.

I have tried basically all the keys. I tried just closing the window but that didn't do anything. I can't get past this:

apextract\$this->_split2($m[0]) apall
List of input images (@list.dat):
Find apertures for blue_newheader_tell? (yes):
Number of apertures to be found automatically (1):
Resize apertures for blue_newheader_tell? (yes):
Edit apertures for blue_newheader_tell? (yes):

The only thing I can do is draw green boxes. I tried drawing a green box around the centre line, nothing happened.

I'm running this,

This is the EXPORT version of IRAF V2.16 supporting PC systems.

I'm on a mac HighSierra 10.13.4

Any help would be really appreciated!
