I used lacos_spec to remove cosmic rays like below.
PHP Formatted Code lacos_spec input =a output =b outmask =amask gain =0.95 readn =3.5 objlim =5 yorder =5 xorder =0
The result is like the attached image. Patterns can be found in both the result image and
the mask image. Strong emission lines are wrongly identified as cosmic rays.
Did somebody meet this problem before?
