While doing imexam in SDSS DR9 photometric images of any galaxy, I am getting following message in xgterm terminal:
"Warning: Pixels out of bound"
Could anyone please tell me why this message comes and how It can be solved?
Regards,
Amit

The SDSS DR9 images are distributed as multi-extension FITS files, if you loaded the image in DS9 rather than used the DISPLAY task or IMEXAM itself to load the display, you get the message because when IMEXAM starts the cursor read it doesn't get back the image name with the proper extension. Try using
cl\$this->_split2($m[0]) imexam sdss_dr9.fits[0] 1
to display the image and be able to use the cursor.
