Hi!Though this fits file comes from CASA, a radio astronomy software, it is just a "simple" fits file. But now I have one with 4 images in one fits file. Using DS9 I can browse through all of the channels. Now I want to create 4 individual fits files from that, each containing one channel of the datacube. What task do I use for that?I guess its imcopy, it would make sense, but I cant find such an option in the documention.Thx.

You could use imcopy with the right image section after the filename to specify one plane of the cube (eg. file.fits[*,*,1]), or you could use the task imslice to split it into separate files.Cheers,James.
