I once tried to running two scripts at the same time and failed. It may have been my fault but with it seems that iraf might have trouble doing that. Yes?

In general there is no problem with running multiple scripts, depending on what they do, that is. If your script uses a task like IMGETS that updates it's parameters, or you're modifying the same image in both scripts then there can be conflicts and timing issues. In the first case, adding a line like[code:1:4c8ca7ce12]cache imgets[/code:1:4c8ca7ce12]to your script will make a private parameter file and remove the conflict, in the second case you'll need to make a copy of the image for each script.Otherwise, what specifically do you mean by 'fail'??
