On average, how long does it take to do processing, wavelength calibration, and rectification of a FITS file?

There's no accurate way to answer the question as posed: The computer processing time is negligible, the rest depends entirely on how familiar you are with the tasks and the overall reduction process (e.g. how much you need to do interactively). Start with the cookbooks available on the docs page, but you could become quite skilled in a matter of days.-Mike
