Is there a task capable of changing an image's projection geometry? I'm dealing with two data sets, one with sin (e.g. CTYPE1=RA---SIN), one with tan, and I'd like to convert both to linear because I'm using some imaging code that does a horrible job of dealing with fits headers - it assumes everything is linear.I've looked at a couple tasks, e.g. geotran/gregister, cctran, and they don't seem to do what I want. I could probably use the geo tasks to change the geometry on an individual basis, but I need to be able to change geometries in batch mode. Thanks,
Adam

See the MKCWCS task in IMAGES.IMCOORDS for a way to create a dummy image with the desired projection, then use WREGISTER in IMAGES.IMMATCH to register your image to the new wcs. Poking around in either of those packages will turn up other handy things as well.-Mike
