 how to change "binning" of 1D spectral image?

Hello everybody! I have 1D spectral image. I want to change "binning" of this image or I want to change pixel to wavelength ratio (or "pixel scale"; "pixel scale" mean how many angstroms are contained in one pixel). How can I do this?Thanks for your attention!

See the DISPCOR task for rebinning spectra, you can specify new endpoints, numbers of points, etc. See the help page for details.-Mike
