 mscred, ccdtype in zerocombine

Hi, I can't get zerocombine to run properly using mscred. In the fits header, I've tried changing imagetyp to 'bias, zero, BIAS, ZERO' and same with the ccdtype in the zerocombine task. The only way I can get the task to think a while is if I leave the ccdtype blank in zerocombine and leave imagetyp as BIAS in the header. The problem is that after it runs for a while, I get a message saying that the package mscred is out of memory. The truth is that my machine is nowhere near being out of memory (this has been verified by our computer support team). I am wondering if this is a bug in mscred or if there is something in the header that I am not doing correctly. I've been able to run zerocombine in ccdproc using imagetype BIAS and ccdtype blank with no problems. Any help will be appreciated.thanks.
