mkpkg doesn't work.

Hi,I'm fan liu, a graduate student from china.
I installed IRAF v2.12.1 on on Fedora Core 3, on a pc platform. It
works with the /iraf/ account.
But, when I want to use it with other normal account, I run /mkpkg, /and
it returns :
Warning, hlib$mkpkg.inc line 5: macro `IRAFARCH' not found
Warning, mkpkg line 1: cannot open `mkpkg' .I wonder why and how to resolve this.Thanks!fan
