Hello, not sure if this problem is specific to python or not, but I am trying to run the identify task. It works fine until it tries to save at the end. I have a folder called 'database' as it asks for. However I get the error:

ERROR (741, "Cannot open file (database/id/Users/hsdalgleish/pyraf/arc_ne_5_bias_subt)")

For some reason, it's taking 'database' and then adding the path afterwards (rather than the other way around). I've tried several different things (e.g. giving it the full database, doing source activate iraf27 and then loading pyraf from different folders) but whatever I try it keeps adding the path again at the end.

Any ideas?

Never mind I fixed it! It was getting confused with the image path name. It didn't like me using "/Users/hsdalgleish/pyraf/arc_ne_5_bias_subt.fit" but having only "arc_ne_5_bias_subt.fit" worked.
