BUG:	When combining with 'offsets=wcs' or 'offsets=world' and the
	LTV/LTM keywords are different between the images the offsets are
	incorrectly computed.  The workaround is to reset the physical
	coordinate sysetm with 'wcsreset  wcs=physical'.

STATUS:	Fixed in V2.12.  Version of combine in mscred prior to the
	date of this report also have this bug and later releases
	are fixed.
