BUG:	If reference features are identified in user coordinates other than
	pixels, usually Angstroms for arc lines, and the user forgets to
	type 'f' to fit a dispersion function, then REIDENTIFY will
	compute a very large coordinate shift and then fail to trace
	any features.

STATUS:	The workaround is to recognize this behavior and then go back and
	do a dispersion function fit for the reference.  The logical bug
	in the task is fixed in V2.10.
