Hello.

I am puzzled by the behavior of the DAOPHOT PEAK task. It seems that it tries to fit stars that are saturated and even measures their magnitudes. I have set the saturation limit ("daopars.datamax") correctly. PHOT gives INDEF for the saturated stars. When I pass the output of PHOT to PEAK, I would expect that the saturated stars are passed over by PEAK, but this does not seem to be the case. It still measured the magnitude. I find this strange. I wonder what about NSTAR? Maybe it copes with the saturated stars correctly?
