Hi
I am experimenting a strange problem. I have installed IRAF using Ureka on my MacBook Pro (under El Capitan). It is working fine. BUT
I can not run IRAF in the xgterm windows. In a normal terminal I have no trouble running IRAF by just typing cl, but in the xgterm, it just says command not found.....
As someone experienced this kind of prb before ?

A "command not found" message simply means the command (if properly installed) is not in your default search path. It may just be that the Ureka path gets set in your .login or .cshrc (or .profile/.bashrc) file but the xgterm isn't being started as a login shell. You can try starting it as
% xgterm -ls
to force a login shell to see if the path is then defined (and then set the "*loginShell" resource to make it permanent or else create an alias).
