In the "id" file that is output by the identify task (ex: kpnoslit.identify) there is a table that has the pixel and wavelength values entered by the user during line identification. There is another wavelength value shown as well, which I'm assuming is the result of that line's pixel location run through the fitted function? Here's an example of the table I'm referring to:
features 13
47.95 4510.73718 4510.733 7.0 1 1 AI(9)
122.67 4522.3243 4522.323 7.0 1 1 Ar
175.70 4530.5472 4530.552 7.0 1 1 Ar
269.23 4545.05193 4545.052 7.0 1 1 AII(15)
490.39 4579.34908 4579.35 7.0 1 1 AII(17)
558.40 4589.89516 4589.898 7.0 1 1 Ar
598.35 4596.09042 4596.097 7.0 1 1 Ar
685.27 4609.56905 4609.567 7.0 1 1 Ar
807.01 4628.44808 4628.441 7.0 1 1 Ar
863.69 4637.23821 4637.233 7.0 1 1 Ar
996.91 4657.89775 4657.901 7.0 1 1 AII(15)
1441.63 4726.86552 4726.868 7.0 1 1 Ar
1499.93 4735.90712 4735.906 7.0 1 1
The values in question would be the second column, the first entry of which is 4510.73718. What are the other values in the table?
Thanks!
Mike

For each of the features, the values are:
- feature pixel coordinates
- feature fit coordinates
- feature user coordinates
- weights
- width
- type (emission=1, absorption=2)
- label string
where the width and type come from the parameter settings and are not computed.
