Hello,
I want to convert a .fits image to a table with the pixel coordinates in ccd and for every pixel the counts value. Can you please suggest me which package and task is most suitable for this and how?
Thank you in advance

Try
cl\$this->_split2($m[0]) listpixels myimage.fits wcs="physical"
See the help page for details.

I tried it, but it appears me a huge list on xgterm in which I can't see more than the last 100 lines and not hole the picture... Can I somehow keep in a txt file those values and examine them all?

Just redirect the output to a file, e.g.
cl\$this->_split2($m[0]) listpix myimage.fits wcs="physical" \$this->_split2($m[0]) output.txt
