I am trying to reduce longslit spectral data. I am new to it.

I used combine task to combine Flat Frames to create MasterFlat and Arc Frame to create MasterArc. I want to use identify, reidentify, and fitcoord tasks.

I placed NodA and NodB fits files along with MasterArc and MasterFlat in a directory. I was able to use identify task by passing the MasterArc file without a line list. I would like to know what values to pass to reidentify task for the parameters "reference" and "images" ? I passed MasterArc filename as a input to "reference" parameter, I should pass NodA, NodB (or NodA-NodB, NodB-NodA files) as input to "Images" or something different? And same for fitcoords what I should pass as input to "images" ? Is it possible if I pass the line list into "fitcoords" when I have not passed the same for "identify" and "reidentify" ?
