Hello - I have some images from the ESO WFI 2.2m and I'm trying to run esohdr to convert the headers into standard .fits format as needed for mosaic processing. When I try to run esohdr on a list of (unprocessed) .fits images, the following error occurs for the first image:
26T185934181.fits: FLAT,SCREEN
ERROR: Cannot open image (26T185934181.fits[0])
called as: `cl ()'
"print (cmd1) | cl"
line 190: mscsrc$msccmd.cl
called as: `msccmd (command=imcopy $input $output verbose-, input=26T185934181.fits, output=26T185934181.fits)'
"msccmd ("imcopy $input $output verbose-", in, in)"
line 57: esowfi$src/esohdr.cl
called as: `esohdr (mode=h)'
and the parameters of esohdr are:
input = @testlist List of raw ESO MEF files
(queryty= no) Query for observation type?
(namps = 1) Number of amps per CCD
(ntransi= 2) Number of bad transient columns
(wcsdb = esodb$wcs.db) WCS database
(redo = no) Redo?
obstype = Observation type
(fd1 = )
(fd2 = )
(mode = ql)
This is after running esosetinst. There doesn't appear to be a similar error reported anywhere on the forum, if anyone could tell me whether this is a problem with esohdr or my mscred installation (or both) I'd be grateful! -Roger
